Harary Security Consulting International is pleased to offer our specialized Security Staff Training program.

Our complete training program, designed by our Managing Director Jack Harary, will be tailored to the exact needs of your operation. Based on a Facilities Audit and existing rules and guidelines set forth by the client, we will develop a training plan for each security position in your organization.

The program involves drafting general corporate security rules as well as specific rules that relate to each security post at your facility. Once drafted, security staff will be asked to thoroughly study and hold to memory the specifics. Each element will then be a given an examination which corresponds with his/ her responsibilities. These examinations will confirm each staff member´s understanding of rules specific to his/her post, and that of general corporate policies and codes of conduct. A supervisor or any person holding a senior security position must pass examinations for all posts to which he supervises in addition to an examination specific to his job.

Our program focuses on simplicity. Working within the general educational background of the staff, we seek to challenge the team to excel. Through testing, we confirm their understanding of important rules and guidelines. Recognition for those whose achievements are superior, and accountability for those whose are not, are important motivations.
